Design and build the future of device location API, and the mechanisms that power estimating on all Apple platforms for Core Location.
Requirements
- You have 2 years of development experience in Swift, C, C++, or Objective-C
- You have a deep understanding of multi-threaded programming and synchronization
- You're experienced in overall operating system design and implementation
- You're experienced in designing and then supporting API's
Responsibilities
- work to understand usage of our API (both internally at Apple, and by developers at large), identify problems and needs, and work collaboratively to design and build answers to these.
- do the same with the architecture and utility components of the system processes that back our SDK frameworks.
- work as a software generalist internally with domain experts in positioning science, and multi-functionally to support app teams building new features with Core Location.
