Responsibilities
- Modernize Windows infrastructure hosting our heavily customized ResWare platform, title/escrow software requiring Office 365, Windows AD, network file sharing, SQL, and DMZ network for full features and automations.
- Lead the migration of Windows and Mac OS users to Chromebooks and secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps frameworks to 'platformize' endpoint management and launch capabilities such as Zero-touch deployment (ZDM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), and device trust.
- Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to maximize AI adoption and engineering velocity.

- 5+ years of software engineering, IT automation, and/or platform management (Mac, Windows, Chromebook)
- Demonstrated leadership driving cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring team members
- M.S. in Computer Science
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, and Endpoint managements
