Requirements
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 3+ years of experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 4+ years of software development experience building scalable, distributed services with C-Sharp
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions that power mission-critical services across platforms and cloud environments, including public and sovereign clouds.
- Lead technical innovation by applying design excellence, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making across the service lifecycle.
- Champion engineering best practices in code quality, testing, observability, and operational excellence to ensure high availability and reliability at scale.
- Drive incident response and root cause analysis, contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence and incorporating them into our platform where they add value.
Other
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
- Must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
