Qualtrics is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to build systems that help customers understand and respond to experience data, bringing their predictive analytics to the next level by leveraging data, analytics, and AI/ML to enable advanced statistical capabilities required by their products.
Requirements
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, complexity analysis, and performance.
- Strong mathematical and/or computational background.
- Experience using JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation and build/deploy systems.
- Experience with technical communications with both technical and non-technical peers.
Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks to perform analysis, particularly with the python data stack of numpy/pandas/pyarrow, that allow other developers to add new analyses quickly that are performant by default.
- Develop APIs for analysis that can perform computations in real time.
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
- Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers.
- Lead and engage in design reviews, architectural discussions, requirement definitions and other technical activities in diverse capacity.
- Collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers.
