Fidelity is looking to solve business and technical problems by developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism, designing and developing optimal database solutions, and translating business requirements into dashboards and reports solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Expertise (DE) developing and maintaining Blue Prism infrastructure
- DE integrating RPA processes with DevOps tools and SQL databases
- DE applying Agile methodologies and coordinating project tasks
- DE integrating RPA software with Data Analytics tools and Relational Databases
- Proficiency in Blue Prism, Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, C, and VBA
- Experience with PL/SQL and Python
- Experience with Jenkins, JIRA, and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Responsibilities
- Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.
- Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.
- Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.
- Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.
- Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.
- Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.
- Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Data Science and Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field
- Three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation)
- Alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer
- Ability to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
- Adherence to Fidelity’s hybrid working model and company policies
