The R&D organization, specifically the engineering team, needs to build, maintain, and secure this platform, focusing on enhancing the entire compensation lifecycle and simplifying complex compensation processes at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience building developer tooling, CI/CD, infrastructure, or backend applications.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a track record of scaling systems in production.
- Understanding of security fundamentals and ability to incorporate them into platform systems.
