Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with large scale codebases and web application/frontend architecture
- 4+ years of experience building APIs for large teams
- 2+ years of experience with React and GraphQL
- Experience or interest in building developer tools or client-side performance enhancements
- Experience with NextJS, Relay, or similar modern web frameworks preferred
- Interest in full-stack development
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and build tools to improve efficiency for product developers working on Poe and related platforms
- Build and maintain reusable components for developer use
- Collaborate with product teams to identify workflow challenges and pain points
- Propose and implement initiatives to address developer challenges and adopt new frameworks

- Availability during coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, or completion of coding bootcamp or equivalent work experience
