Helion is looking to scale its enterprise applications to support the deployment of fusion energy, addressing operational pain points across various departments and building systems that power functions from finance to manufacturing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building high-scale, reliable production systems
- Full-stack experience with a track record of choosing and applying the right tools for the job
- Ability to convert ambiguous problems into tested, maintainable code
- Fast, iterative, and data-driven development approach
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve operational pain points across finance, engineering, supply chain, inventory, and production
- Design full-stack solutions, including architecture, data models, APIs, UIs, and tech stack decisions
- Define and establish development standards for reliability, scalability, and future team growth
- Build scalable systems to support operational growth from millions of parts per year to millions per day
- Implement logging, metrics, and automated testing to increase visibility and enable smarter decisions
- Own and evolve a strategic roadmap that accelerates operations, reduces costs, and minimizes vendor reliance
