Apple's Emerging Technology Solutions Team is looking to build global scale security solutions in the space of Anti Phishing/ Spam, Social Engineering Attack Prevention and more, to make the Internet safe for everyone.
Requirements
- Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments
- Experience with LLM training/fine-tuning
- Experience with vector stores, ranking and retrieval techniques
- Programming experience in Java
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning (including LLMs) and Natural Language Processing
- Hands-on experience working (training, fine-tuning, optimizing, deploying) with ML models
- Knowledge in Relational and NoSQL Databases, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, and Microservices
Responsibilities
- Help build global scale security solutions in the space of Anti Phishing/ Spam, Social Engineering Attack Prevention and more
- Build full stack solutions that handle outstandingly large volumes of critical data harnessing the power of NoSQL, Machine Learning, Big Data and other Emerging Technologies
- Code, build and tune highly scalable, distributed services that handle large volumes of data
- Work with partners, project managers and cross-discipline teams
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and platforms
- Train, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy ML models
- Apply common machine learning optimization techniques, like quantization and distillation, to reduce the resource consumption and/or eliminate latency
