Cargill is looking to design, develop and maintain software applications and systems to meet user needs and business goals, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and functionality.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Development: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce software development, specifically within Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Front-End Development: 4+ years of experience in software development using React and JavaScript.
  • 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
  • Salesforce Certified Developer, Lighting Web Components (LWC)
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Responsibilities

  • Designs and develops high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.
  • Leads the application of internal software deployment platform, methodologies and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.
  • Writes and maintains complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.
  • Suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Builds and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.
  • Designs, develops and maintains software applications and systems.

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to define, design and implement new software features to meet user needs and business goals, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and functionality through writing clean, efficient and scalable code and troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
  • Participates in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with software engineering team members.
  • Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and different engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
