Anduril Industries is a defense technology company aiming to transform military capabilities with advanced technology. The Forge team needs to develop and maintain proprietary supply chain, manufacturing, and deployment mission execution software to support operations and meet defense objectives swiftly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proficiency with web-based technologies such as Javascript, React, Typescript, and web frameworks such as Remix or NextJS
- Experience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements
- Familiarity with AWS, Typescript, and React/Remix
- Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments, with demonstrated successes in scaling and maturing software development processes, team culture and methods, and ability to balance short-term and long-term trade offs
- Previous experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or related enterprise software is a plus

- Architect and implement mission-critical applications that directly enhance our nation's defense capabilities.
- Build sophisticated solutions that support field operators with reliable tools for maintenance and deployment.
- Build sophisticated solutions that streamline complex business processes across the organization.
- Build sophisticated solutions that enhance operational efficiencies throughout the post-production pipeline.
- Work in a mini-startup environment to create elegant SaaS or on-premise solutions that outperform existing market offerings.
- Write high-quality code that enhances the performance, scalability, and reliability of the Forge platform.
- Automate company operations to drive bottom-line dollar savings.
Other
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
- Ability to empathize with end-users, to turn needs into features, and to balance user experience with engineering constraints
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
