Justworks is looking to solve HR issues for businesses by enabling them to focus on running their business. The Frontend Engineering team needs to deliver products and capabilities that power Justworks products, focusing on customer-facing applications with performance and security in mind.
Requirements
- Mastery of JS/HTML/CSS and at least one framework such as React, Vue, etc
- Working knowledge in at least one server side language, such as Ruby, Python, Golang, etc

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements
- Partner with your team lead to produce clean, effective, on-brand user experiences
- Implement designs with a high level of fidelity
- Research design patterns and propose technical solutions to common web UI/UX problems
- Coding, testing, and deploying modern web apps
- Help hire and develop our growing team
Other
- Minimum of 5+ year experience in Frontend development
- You’ve mastered at least one frontend framework, and know how to build highly reliable, modular systems that many people can collaborate on at the same time without stepping on each other’s toes.
- You have a strong sense for good design, and won’t stop until the user experience is just right.
- Prior experience is preferred.
- The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $167,500.00 to $235,000.00 per year.
