Jasper is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to build, experiment with, and deploy AI systems that users rely on to bring their boldest ideas to life, reshaping how businesses approach content creation and marketing and driving higher ROI through increased brand consistency, efficiency, and personalization at scale.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy features that leverage the latest in AI and machine learning technologies, working on core areas of the Jasper platform (e.g., content generation, collaboration tools, data pipelines, or integrations)
- Solve complex technical challenges that push the boundaries of what AI can accomplish
- Write clean, maintainable code that solves intricate problems with elegant solutions
- Take ownership of critical features from conception through deployment and beyond
- Optimize performance and proactively address scale challenges as our platform grows
- Prototype rapidly to validate new AI capabilities and user experiences
- Contribute to architectural decisions that will guide Jasper's technical evolution

- 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, preferably in a VC-backed startup environment
- Proven track record of delivering software that creates real value for users
- Comfort navigating ambiguity through rapid prototyping and iterative development
- Strong communication skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional partners
