Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates, including designers and product managers, to develop and implement end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to and lead technical discussions, valuing diverse perspectives for critical decision-making that drives product development
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards (we have many of these in place, but we are always learning, growing, and evolving)
- Mentor team members, sharing your knowledge and contributing to their professional growth, and helping instill React best practices
- Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering continuous improvement and a culture of learning
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and product quality through automated testing, runtime instrumentation, and close partnership with product and QA

- 8+ years of frontend (or fullstack, frontend-leaning) development experience
