Gridware is looking to solve issues related to the reliability and safety of the electrical grid by developing a new class of grid management called active grid response (AGR). The company needs to develop user-friendly, reliable, and impactful frontend applications to support this mission.
Requirements
- modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
- Experience building or scaling design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with backend development and/or working in hardware/software contexts
- Experience building tools or applications that support complex workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead development of our frontend applications
- working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-friendly, reliable, and impactful products
- help shape our design system and component libraries
- driving best practices that keep our applications consistent and scalable
- Experience building products end-to-end with broad ownership
- Experience building or scaling design systems and component libraries
- Experience building tools or applications that support complex workflows

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-driven companies
- Ability to thrive in a low-structure, high-autonomy environment with competing priorities
