Walmart is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join their International Technology team to define and maintain technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements for their global retail operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in Frontend development framework
- Programming Language: React.js, Nodejs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Cloud Platform: Azure or AWS
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.
- knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- knowledge of accessibility best practices
Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and Translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoots business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality) and performs root cause analysis to reduce future issues.
- Understand Business Requirements, Align with Product team on the acceptance criteria's, Develop the application based on the user story defined and demo to Business and have a minimum code coverage of 85%.
- Develop applications which are scalable, reliable and have good user experience.
- Define and maintaining our technical architecture with lead architect, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
