Dusk is looking to solve the problem of delivering a world-class entertainment director experience at a fraction of the cost for modern venue operators, and is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to craft the user experience for thousands of venues using Dusk every day
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building modern web apps (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong eye for design detail and experience implementing pixel-perfect UIs
- Knowledge of performance optimization, testing, and accessibility best practice
- Familiarity with Figma and design-to-code collaboration workflows
- Comfortable in fast-paced startups with ownership of large product surfaces
- Bonus: experience with animations, design systems, or mobile optimizations
Responsibilities
- Build performant web apps with React/React Native using TypeScript
- Partner with design to create intuitive, accessible, and delightful interfaces
- Define frontend patterns, state logic, and reusable UI components
- Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and optimize data fetching
- Ensure consistent brand and design implementation across the product suite
