SmarterDx is looking to advance the use of its clinical AI by building user-facing products that present complex clinical data and insights in an intuitive interface.
Requirements
- Expertise in Typescript and React
- Familiarity with Python
- Experience working with Postgres or a similar relational database
- Experience working on software that aids in decision-making either through data visualization, data analytics, or configurable workflow and simulations
- Experience working in a security-conscious environment
- Experience designing and building information-dense user interfaces (nice to have)
- Experience working with Kubernetes (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design, build and launch new features and improve the overall quality of SmarterDx’s apps
- Protect patients’ privacy and security through secure coding practices
- Research and advocate for improved techniques, processes, and designs within the team
- Support SmarterDx’s apps in production
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand our users and iterate on new ideas
Other
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on user-facing solutions
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience at a scale-up, or rapid growth, technology company (nice to have)
- Experience in the health tech domain, particularly in clinical software (nice to have)
- Remote work within the US
