Windfall is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build and extend their AI-driven customer-facing application and internal tooling, aiming to change how organizations perceive and use people data.
Requirements
- Experience developing server-side using an object-oriented approach, building API’s, and working with a modern frontend framework.
- Experience using transactional databases
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider is essential
- Backend: Java, Kotlin
- Frontend: JavaScript/Typescript, React
- Cloud platform - GCP
- Data warehouse & databases - Postgres, BigQuery
Responsibilities
- Improve, extend, and tie together existing backend services to support our internal-facing applications
- Rapidly prototype new tools and features that will make an immediate impact on the business
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, feedback-driven, fast-paced engineering team
- Develop broad ownership over our internal applications, including setting coding patterns, best practices, and guidelines
- Collaborate closely with our product team to plan and execute projects at rapid speed
- connecting services, creating API’s, and building out UI’s across multiple products

- 6+ years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining web applications
- Willingness to work a hybrid onsite schedule in our San Francisco or Denver office
