Build and scale the core video platform that powers a deeply technical product at the intersection of AI and logistics, ensuring reliability, scalability, and great developer experience across the stack.
Requirements
- Full-stack experience — strong proficiency in backend (Python, C++, or similar) and frontend (Typescript/React or similar).
- Familiarity with video streaming technologies (e.g., HLS/DASH, WebRTC, RTSP) and media storage/distribution.
- Comfort working with databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Proven track record of shipping production SaaS, preferably video-related products.
- Exposure to computer vision, machine learning, or analytics in operational domains is a plus.
- Bonus points if you have experience working with different video container formats and compression algorithms
- 5+ years of professional experience building scalable, user-facing applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features with a focus on video ingestion, streaming, and management.
- Own key components of the video pipeline, including APIs, data models, and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement monitoring, metrics, and alerting to ensure reliable operation of video systems.
- Help evolve best practices around testing, CI/CD, and code quality as we grow.
- Evaluate and contribute to technical decisions that improve scalability and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas into working, user-visible functionality.
- Set an example for others through high-quality code, thoughtful design decisions, and pragmatic problem solving.
