The company is scaling its platform to millions of candidate interactions and needs a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture, build, and modernization of its enterprise applications.
Requirements
- 7+ years professional software engineering experience (full stack or frontend-focused)
- Deep experience building and shipping production applications in React; has architected complex UIs and managed state at scale
- Has led frontend architecture, mentored others on UI/UX best practices, and driven adoption of new tools or frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale workflows and driving comprehensive UI revamps in collaboration with design
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and React; comfortable with modern frontend patterns and debugging
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain backend services in Node.js; can design, build, and consume APIs
- Skilled with Javascript, Typescript, React, Node.js, MySQL/Postgres
Responsibilities
- Architect and build new enterprise workflows, modern UIs, and core features across the full stack
- Collaborate closely with design and product to create, implement, and evolve a comprehensive design system
- Lead major UI modernization efforts, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across the platform
- Deliver features end-to-end—from database to frontend—with significant ownership over technical execution and direction
- Strengthen and evolve our engineering standards and technical culture as a key early member on the team
