- Step into a temporary product management role when necessary to ensure solutions meet high quality and effectiveness standards.
- Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through deployment, including conducting thorough code reviews and performance optimization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers, helping them advance their skills and careers.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience, specifically in an Individual Contributor (IC) role, with demonstrated ability to work across the full stack or a strong backend-leaning background.
