Kajabi is looking to hire Senior Growth Engineers to experiment, iterate, and drive measurable impact across their Hero journey, from signup to activation to retention, by building features that influence a creator's decision to choose Kajabi and their ability to make money on the platform.

Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on new and existing features that influence a creator’s decision to join and help them make money from Day 1.
- Launch experiments at a high velocity with a sharp eye toward quality and business impact.
- Add instrumentation, build dashboards, and collaborate with product analytics to measure what matters.
- Architect clean, maintainable code across our Rails and React stack, while optimizing for rapid iteration and experimentation.
- Collaborate on growth-specific tooling, infrastructure, and workflows to increase team velocity.
- Connect users to Kajabi’s core value by optimizing flows across the product experience.
- Follow through on experiments and features—analyze results, learn, and act on them.

- Experience with bottoms-up SaaS models or virality-driven products.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Hex, Rudderstack).
- Operational experience deploying on cloud based infrastructure and monitoring via Datadog.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading growth engineering initiatives.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2-3 times a quarter and therefore is best situated in the Western Time zones.
