Samsara is looking to accelerate revenue by building products and systems that support scalable growth, from lead conversion tooling to experimentation platforms. The Senior Growth Engineer will help identify opportunities, design, build, and test solutions to improve marketing pipeline, customer journey, activation, and retention.
Requirements
- Strong Experience with Python and/or Javascript (Vue)
- Knowledgeable about modern web technologies, testing frameworks, and cloud computing
- Experience using AWS services: Elastic Beanstalk, Amplify, Lambda, CloudFront, Kinesis, EventBridge
- Experience developing Google Chrome Extensions
- Knowledge of any of the following tools: Turborepo, Terraform, Playwright or any similar tools
- Knowledge of any of the following services: Salesforce, Contentful, Hightouch or any similar products
Responsibilities
- Leverage data to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive revenue, customer growth, retention, and/or engagement.
- Build customer-facing self-serve products from the ground up using a combination of custom frontends, Cloud applications, backend services, scripts, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales operations and product teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Drive engineering discussions and write thoughtful documentation and unit tests.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

- This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

- B.S., M.S. degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related technical experience
- 2+ years of experience on a Growth team
