Steadily is looking to improve customer experiences by building web applications and analyzing data to help more people self-serve when getting their first policy.

Responsibilities
- Work across marketing, product, and engineering to build out end to end solutions for the customer's journey from initial contact through their first policies.
- Help more people self-serve when getting their first policy with Steadily.
- Implement and follow up on robust analytics to understand pain points our customers are facing.
- Deploying code to production within hours of starting and working with us to iteratively build solutions.

- Experienced: This isn't your first rodeo. There's no specific minimum number of years requirement, but we expect you to be able to dive into a complex codebase without too much spin-up.
- Past experience as a team lead is definitely a plus.
- Builder: You like the product-side of engineering and have thoughtful opinions on what the user experience should be.
- Pragmatic: We prioritize impact and delivery. You balance speed and quality, making thoughtful trade-offs to solve problems effectively.
