Semgrep is looking to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through the development and optimization of experiences that help new users onboard seamlessly and convert free users to paying customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing production software and building web applications.
- Experience with Python, Typescript, and Postgres.
- Experience with experimentation-driven approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale growth experiments across the funnel—acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization—using a mix of product, engineering, and data science techniques.
- Build and optimize user experiences that drive self-serve adoption and expand usage within teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure user behavior, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Automate and enhance workflows for customer acquisition, lead qualification, and sales enablement.
- Contribute to technical growth initiatives, such as in-app experiments, onboarding flows, and usage-based monetization models.
- Own and improve growth infrastructure, including experimentation platforms, tracking systems, and data pipelines.
