Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any cloud platform, including experience with cloud architecture, APIs, and data management tools.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier to integrate and streamline workflows.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Javascript and/or Python for developing and maintaining custom scripts and automations.
- Familiarity with API development and integration to ensure smooth interaction between different systems.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data transformation and reporting.
- Experience with productivity/task management tools like Monday and Jira
- Google Cloud Professional Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and system integration. Leverage tools such as Zapier to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance of digital platforms. Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Provide hands-on support and training to the Service Delivery team, creating guides, conducting training sessions, and troubleshooting issues with digital tools.
- Collaborate with the Product team to explore and implement technologies that enhance service delivery capabilities.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of digital platforms. Create reports and dashboards to help guide decision-making for service improvements.
- Ensure systems adhere to business security policies and industry regulations. Work closely with the CISO’s office to maintain and enhance security protocols.
- Design systems and processes that can scale with the business, adapting as the Service Delivery team evolves.

- 5+ years of related industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills to guide non-technical teams in the use of digital tools.
- Experience creating training materials and providing hands-on user support.
