The partner company is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer I (Rise) to build and enhance industry-leading software products, solve complex technical challenges, and drive innovation within the engineering team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and backend technologies (Node.js, Postgres, Docker).
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and maintain high code quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Build and enhance product features with a focus on quality, performance, and customer value.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leaders to define solutions and deliver impactful software.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers, including code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in defining application architecture and contributing to system design decisions.
- Take part in incident response processes, identifying and addressing issues efficiently.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing quality results over effort, and participate actively in a remote-first, team-oriented culture.

- Competitive salary range: $137,700 – $206,500 per year, plus potential bonuses.
