The Oracle Cloud Marketplace team needs to build new services to make the Marketplace the preferred way to buy enterprise software to run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ultimately driving billions in revenue.
Requirements
- Proficient in Java and/or GoLang, Python, algorithm design, object oriented design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
- Proficient in Javascript, Web UIs, HTTP, Terraform
- Experience with designing, launching and maintaining distributed systems at scale
- Experience building distributed cloud services
- Experience with virtualization and orchestration stacks
- Experience in designing and building easy to use web UIs
Responsibilities
- Help lead development efforts to build the technology platform that will act as the central marketplace for cloud software offerings
- Contribute to building services where customers will go to purchase pre-configured software installations on the platform of their choice
- Work on back-end distributed services operating at cloud scale, e-commerce transactions, and web apps that users interact with
- Design, launch, and maintain distributed systems at scale
- Build easy to use web UIs
- Work on the entire stack, from back-end distributed services to web apps
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant work experience
- 4+ years of software development experience
- US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,800 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity
