Fidelity Investments Workplace Solutions (WS) organization is looking to expand its market leading equity compensation platform to a global market, specifically western European countries, by extending its capabilities to enable a truly global platform.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle or Postgres.
- Experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc.
- Expertise in Java, Karate and/or Cucumber is a must.
- Expertise in Mainframe is a must.
- Expert knowledge in test automation frameworks and demonstrate proficiency, quality and passion in your coding ability
- Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, Restful API’s, Enterprise messaging like ActiveMQ, Kafka
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests while adopting industry best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project.
- Shape our technology vision and have a real impact on our Workplace Solutions organizations success.
- Work directly with a team of technologists focused on delivering Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Data ecosystems.
- Execute projects in an Agile environment.
- Apply new and emerging technologies and concepts to business problems.
- Follow modern test driven and automation driven software development methodologies.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation
- Ability to collaborate with other technical and business experts in the team
- Curiosity to stay current with new and emerging technologies and concepts, finding ways to apply those to business problems.
- Strong sense of ownership for the quality of solution delivery.
