Fidelity Investments Workplace Solutions (WS) organization is looking to expand its market leading equity compensation platform to a global market, specifically targeting western European countries and companies based there, by extending its capabilities to enable a truly global platform.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle or Postgres
- Experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc
- Expertise in Java, Python, Karate and/or Cucumber
- Expert knowledge in test automation frameworks
- Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, Restful API’s, Enterprise messaging like ActiveMQ, Kafka
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash
- Experience with test automation
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests while adopting industry best practices and tools
- Collaborate with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project
- Shape our technology vision and have a real impact on our Workplace Solutions organizations success
- Work with a team of technologists focused on delivering Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Data ecosystems
- Execute projects in an Agile environment
- Apply new and emerging technologies and concepts to business problems
- Follow modern test driven and automation driven software development methodologies
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc) required
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience
- Ability to collaborate with other technical and business experts in the team
- Curiosity to stay current with new and emerging technologies and concepts
- Passion to follow modern test driven and automation driven software development methodologies
