MathWorks is looking to ensure the robustness and reliability of Simulink’s Variants functionality
Requirements
- Knowledge of C/C++ and experience with object oriented programming
- Programming experience in MATLAB
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including developing test plans
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for Simulink Variants, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Participate in design and architecture reviews to advocate for testability and quality as core principles
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using MATLAB, along with other scripting languages and tools such as Python and Perl
- Investigate and resolve complex failures, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes
- Work closely with Engineering, Documentation, Program Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and alignment
Other
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required
- Excellent problem-solving and good algorithm skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivation and good time-management skills
