The Health Engineering Solutions (HES) team at ICF is looking to solve the business problem of improving patient quality care and consumer decision-making by hospital providers across the country. This is achieved by collecting, computing, and publicly reporting outcomes-based hospital quality measure data. The project aims to develop a human-centric reporting system that allows for refinement, filtering, data comparison, and viewing of supplemental information, leveraging modern technologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with modern design patterns and building enterprise-grade production applications, as well as experience with version control tools, such as Git
- 5+ years of experience testing code builds and deployment properly through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes, built in Jenkins or a comparable tool

Responsibilities
- Work with a team of talented engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives
- Perform code reviews and develop processes for improving code quality
- Design and build microservices and serverless applications in the cloud
- Work with Product Owner and UX design to understand and create solutions for diverse user requirements
- Work with Architects and other Engineers to help create and then implement development best practices
- Work with test engineering team to assure product quality
- Help our support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues

- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
