The Dashboard Platform team aims to build simple, robust, and scalable systems that empower other engineers at Meraki to do their best work, making the engineering experience at Meraki enjoyable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building rich web UIs with Typescript, React (and Redux), HTML, CSS
- Hands-on experience of advanced data structures and design patterns
- Experience orchestrating CI/CD pipelines
- Professional experience in building automated test cases and ensure maximum code coverage
- Experience developing design systems
- Have a solid grasp of web accessibility requirements
- Experience developing data visualizations with SVGs or WebGL
Responsibilities
- Engineer complex projects that build and deploy critically important, 24x7 solutions in a cloud environment
- Build products that balance usability, stability, security, and scalability.

- Anticipate business and technical problems, and proactively implement creative approaches to respond
- Drive the end-to-end quality of the system and introduce new ideas to improve code by identifying new patterns to adopt
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to build seamless and intuitive user experiences
- Navigate and optimize legacy systems while effectively handling uncertainty
Other
- 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing enterprise-class web applications OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent field, or possess equivalent experience
- Passion to take complete ownership from proof and concept to production release by being able to develop code, influence, facilitate, and work collaboratively across teams
- Passion for solving complex customer problems and building innovative solutions.
