Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven expertise in API design and integration
- Strong proficiency in Python preferred
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects from design through delivery
- Familiarity with RL environments, MCP, and modern AI tooling
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems using Python, APIs, and RL environments
- Lead and guide a small technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Translate client needs and feedback into actionable technical architectures and project plans
- Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) for advanced system integration
