The partner company of Jobgether is looking to advance clinical AI technologies, support rapid model experimentation, and integrate ML solutions into production systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing ML models in production, including Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices for ML and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and ML services.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CDK) and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and scalable system design.
- Experience with LLM deployments, healthcare domain experience, contributions to open-source ML projects.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and monitor machine learning models and pipelines in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and application teams to integrate ML models into broader systems.
- Develop and maintain MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for ML workflows.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency to ensure reliable system operation.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of machine learning systems and infrastructure.
- Build internal tools that improve the productivity and workflow of the data science team.

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or MLOps roles.

- Competitive base salary: $190,000 – $230,000 plus equity incentives.
