Wayve is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve internal tooling and platforms that enable and streamline AI workflows, enhancing the usability and safety of automated driving systems.
Requirements
- Good development skills in JavaScript, with knowledge in TypeScript
- Experience with React (or similar front-end frameworks)
- Experience with Python
- Previous experience building fullstack applications (backend + frontend)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software testing methodologies.
- Passion for writing clean, robust and maintainable code
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain the internal frontend platform to support AI workflow applications.
- Develop reusable microfrontend components.
- Create tooling to ingest, test, and validate AI models.
- Develop and maintain tooling for AI model ingestion, testing, and validation to ensure quality and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, system scalability, and performance.
- Work effectively within a cross-functional environment to align technical decisions with business needs.
