Exadel is looking for engineers to help their client, a Big Four accounting firm, design, develop, and deploy innovative enterprise technology and AI-driven tools to support the delivery of tax services.

Requirements

  • Strong background in .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure Cloud (Service Bus, Blob, Redis, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system implementation
  • Knowledge of multi-modal AI models and their practical applications
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) into enterprise applications
  • Experience using LLMs to solve real-world problems and developing agentic AI applications
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databases
  • Knowledge of Angular, Mongo DB, NPM, Azure DevOps Build/Release configuration

Responsibilities

  • Providing requirements analysis, system design, .NET and AI development, database engineering, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical support
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET applications with integration of AI/LLM services
  • Implementing agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain)
  • Applying prompt engineering techniques – including design, refinement, and evaluation – to optimize LLM performance
  • Building and optimizing RAG pipelines leveraging hybrid search and vector databases
  • Integrating and experimenting with multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.)
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

  • Providing clear instructions to team members and helping coordinate day-to-day operations
  • Communicating with the client on a regular basis
  • Providing technical leadership for the team – mentor, coach, and lead by example
