Requirements
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, Go, C-Sharp
- 3+ years of industry experience at a leading tech company, or significant contributions to large-scale open-source projects
Responsibilities
- Debug, refactor, and optimize large-scale, production-grade codebases
- Design and implement robust test cases to ensure code reliability
- Review, analyze, and improve existing workflows and architecture
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers from top-tier labs
- Contribute engineering insights that help refine next-generation AI models

- Commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week, with the option to scale up to 40 hours/week based on performance
