Axon (Prepared) is looking to solve the problem of outdated technology in 911 emergency communications by developing AI-powered solutions to streamline emergency calls and provide responders with critical information, ultimately aiming to close the gap between the initial call and field resolution to protect life.

- Proficiency in or eagerness to learn our backend stack (Ruby on Rails, Golang)
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to architect and launch new user-facing features and products
- Design and drive initiatives to improve the availability and reliability of our backend systems
- Continuously help improve the engineering processes and tools that allow us to scale the codebase and team
- Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers
