Exadel is looking for an AI Engineer to help its client, a Big Four accounting firm, design, develop, and deploy innovative enterprise technology and AI-driven tools to support the delivery of tax services.
Requirements
- Strong background in Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic
- Hands-on experience with asyncio, asynchronous/parallel programming
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system implementation
- Experience using LLMs to solve real-world problems and developing agentic AI applications
- Understanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databases
- Knowledge of multi-modal AI models and their practical applications
- Experience with Kendo UI or other component libraries
Responsibilities
- Providing requirements analysis, system design, Python and AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical support
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic
- Implementing asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncio
- Building agentic AI applications with frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain
- Applying prompt engineering techniques - including design, refinement, and evaluation - to optimize LLM performance
- Developing and optimizing RAG pipelines with hybrid search and vector databases
- Integrating and experimenting with multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.)
