Jahnel Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, high-quality systems that power critical applications for their clients, focusing on complex problem-solving and delivering robust software.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend
- Proven ability to design and build scalable, production-ready applications
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, testing, and CI/CD
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare technology
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust backend services in Python
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Implement and maintain scalable APIs and integrations
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Ensure systems are secure, performant, and maintainable
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features
Other
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Excellent communication skills and English fluency (written and verbal)
- Comfortable collaborating in a distributed, remote-first team environment
- The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
