The architecture and engineering industries are still relying on outdated tools like Excel for project management, hindering their ability to make quick and confident decisions about budgeting and resources. Monograph aims to revolutionize this by providing a firm performance management platform.
Requirements
- Full-stack mobile engineer with expertise in React Native, Flutter / Dart
- Fullstack, ideally with strong knowledge of Typescript, Ruby on Rails and SQL experience as well as familiarity with GraphQL
- Exposure to a range of problem domains, programming languages, and frameworks, and familiarity with patterns that are idiomatic to them.
Responsibilities
- Write and ship full-stack code for our mobile app
- Work with your product and engineering peers to scope, deliver, test, and maintain features that delight our customers.
- Perform compassionate code reviews, seeking opportunities to learn and teach.
- Track down and fix pesky bugs. We’re always looking for ways to improve the product!
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to ensure our users continue to love our product.
- Contribute to decision-making through our RFC process. We use RFCs to collaborate on our process and technical decisions.
- Provide technical mentorship to a teammate.

- Currently in the SF area (required) and open to joining a remote-first team, eventually coming in office to collaborate about 1x per week
