Requirements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar code repository system
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow or other information technology ticketing system
- In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile)
Responsibilities
- Performs system enhancements through programming specifications and testing methods
- Analyzes and resolves issues in production systems to ensure ongoing functionality
- Develops software and procedures to improve processing capabilities
- Executes test plans to validate application functions as designed
- Provides technical support to production systems by addressing reported issues and anticipating maintenance requirements
- Drafts documentation for system, end user, and operational purposes
- Serves as a technical resource for management, associates, and business units
Other
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance
- Ability to build strong collaborative and productive relationships
- Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis
- Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree
- Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science
