Qualia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help modernize its suite of applications, build responsive UIs with React, develop modern REST APIs, and integrate the latest technologies to enhance its premier on-premise title production product, Resware, for enterprise title organizations.
Requirements
- You are a strong full-stack engineer and app developer with 8+ years of C-Sharp experience
- You love DevOps principles, testing, observability, and automating all the things
- You have worked on both modern and legacy systems
- You have worked on both SaaS and OnPrem systems
- You have made key design decisions for large projects and can discuss and implement design patterns and train junior engineers on them
- C-Sharp, .NET Framework 4.8 through to .NET Core/8
- React / Javascript
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements to our Windows desktop, APIs, and our server software products
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize feature development
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to debug problems, gather feedback, and present technical solutions
- Participate in architectural decisions and conduct research to ensure the scalability and performance of our solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and scalability
- You'll play a key part in modernizing our tech stack and architecture
- You'll work on diverse software integrations, payment-processing systems, and other new features
