The Route Execution team specifically aims to build systems that power route planning, optimization, dispatch, and real-time tracking for fleets, improving dispatcher tools, driver experiences, and backend APIs handling geospatial and real-time data.
Requirements
- Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems.
- Strong programming/coding fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience in routing, dispatch and navigation systems.
- Golang for our backend
- Typescript and React for our web client
- GraphQL to fetch data from our backend
- React Native for our mobile app
Responsibilities
- Core services for route creation, optimization, live tracking, and reporting with a 99.9%+ SLA.
- Web applications used by dispatchers to create, assign, and monitor routes in real time.
- APIs and integrations with TMS/ERP systems that process millions of route events.
- Driver-facing commercial navigation features in partnership with our mobile team.
- AI-assisted workflows like smart data import, contextual rerouting, and predictive alerts using geospatial signals.
