Fidelity's Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit is seeking a motivated Sailpoint Engineer to onboard applications to a SailPoint IdentityIQ based solution that will offer improved management of access rights across their global enterprise. The Identity Governance & Administration product line team provides provisioning, lifecycle management and control assessment solutions to technology teams and applications across Fidelity’s business units, aiming to improve Fidelity’s risk posture, ensure compliance with policy standards, and reduce the overall cybersecurity threat landscape.
Requirements
- Experience in building and developing using Sailpoint IdentityIQ product a plus
- Hands on experience with automation & pipeline implementation (Testing, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline)
- Expertise working with JDBC, REST API, SCIM
- Programming expertise with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL.
- Sailpoint Identity IQ platform – a plus
- Strong SQL proficiency
- You possess strong engineering skills and experience developing maintainable, scalable multi-tiered applications

- B.S.in Computer Science preferred, Engineering / Mathematics or comparable
- You have experience and comfort working in an agile environment (Scrum and Kanban)
- You have maniacal focus on automation and always looking towards reducing waste and improving efficiencies
- You should enjoy communicating and learning the business behind the application
- Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
