First American's Direct Division is undergoing transformative change and needs a Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce) to help define the culture of a sales and marketing organization, design the future state architecture of the CRM platform, and craft an end-to-end sales and marketing process that nurtures desired behaviors and delivers tangible results.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Well versed in Salesforce best practices and methodologies, and solid understanding of the product vision.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce core and industry-centric toolkits including but not limited to flows, validation rules, custom metadata, connected apps, user permissions/ entitlements, flex cards, omni scripts, and integration procedures.
- Expert skills in developing lightning web components, platform events, visual force, APEX, and APIs.
- Knowledge of data integration tools with experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems.
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the involving needs of Direct Division.
- Design & implement scalable technical solutions with the configuration before code mindset.
- Design, document and implement integrations with other systems and tools ensuring data consistency, data integrity, and adaptability.
- Create Lightning Web Components and applications to drive productivity, engagement, and best in class user experience.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers as necessary to extend the utilization of our CRM platform.
- Support system performance monitoring, proactively addressing issues and iterate on solutions based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as data operations, analytics, security, and DevOps to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
