Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is looking to solve the problem of time-consuming, manual work in travel and spend management by automating processes like travel bookings, expenses, and invoice processing, thereby eliminating shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, and aiming to power real work with real impact.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in similar roles building technically complex products in any web programming language
- An expert level at server-side, client-side or full stack development
- Obsession for quality and testing
- Eager to learn new technologies and frameworks
- Experience using AI coding tools during development process, such as copilot, cline or similar
- Experience building AI backed product features using AWS, GCP or OpenAI platforms
- DevOps experience with the AWS suite
Responsibilities
- Product development in Python/Django and/or React
- Integrations between our product to 3rd party APIs
- System architecture design, implementation, and testing
- Work in an Agile environment with strong attention to a well-documented code, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Being able to mentor, coach, and train other colleagues as a domain expert
