PNC is seeking a Software Engineer Sr to provide technical design and development within the Asset Management line of business, addressing complex business needs and delivering the best experience for customers.
Requirements
Experience with the following: Provide Tier1/Tier2 support for windows-based applications
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution
Application configurations, installations and upgrades
Knowledge of IIS, Powershell and application logs
Experience with ServiceNow and Jira helpful
Familiarity with SQL server, basic database queries

Responsibilities
Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
Writes code, tests and deploys software.
Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
Maintains and debugs software.
Provide Tier1/Tier2 support for windows-based applications
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution
